“This Was the Best Day Ever!”

According to at least one Lakeview second-grader, market day was the best day in second grade (and not just because they didn’t have homework). Students earned paper money this month to help them learn the value of coins for math. They had a bookstore, a toy store, a bakery, a bank, and a movie theater.
