School Community Council

We are looking for candidates to serve on our School Community Council (SCC). We have 2-3 open parent positions at this time. The role of the SCC is to make decisions about the funds we receive from the School LAND Trust Program and to be an advisory board on other important topics to the school. The Lakeview SCC meets once a month for 1-2 hours. If you are interested, please see our secretary, Candy Jackson, in the main office to get an application. The deadline to turn in an application will be Friday, October 7th. If we get more parent applications than needed, we will hold an election for the three new vacancies from October 10th-12th. Our first SCC meeting will be Thursday, October 20th. If you have questions, contact the school.
