NewsProfessora Rossi was chosen to present at this year’s Annual Utah Dual Immersion Institute (AUDII) at UVU. AUDII provides training for incoming Dual Language Immersion teachers to teach in Utah’s DLI program.
Coincidentally, Pro. Rossi also got to attend a concert of her favorite childhood band, Simple Plan. Pro. Rossi shared, “[They are a] band that I listened to a lot in my teens! 15-year-old Heloyse, listening to Simple Plan in her room at Cascavel, Brazil, had no idea that 30-something Heloyse would be sharing her professional knowledge with professors from other parts of the world at a university in the United States!
”It may be a bit cliché, but believing in your dreams takes you places you can’t even imagine!”
