Third grade welcomed Scales and Tails to Lakeview this week. Owner, Shane Richins, provided an entertaining and informative assembly. He brought a variety of animals for us to learn about including turtles, frogs, lizards, and snakes. This assembly supports our standard of Effects of Traits on Survival. We learned about the animals’ life cycles, traits, and behaviors. Our students enjoyed seeing and learning about all the animals.
