Professora Stirling’s Dli Classes Experience the Voting Process First Hand

With elections going on, Professora Stirling’s classes talked a lot about democracy and voting. They first used one of their lessons on Portuguese language arts, then they decided to raise it to another level.

Instead of just talking about and describing what the saw, they each created a reproduction of a famous painting. The students then voted for two of their favorite drawings from the other class. After counting the votes, they celebrated the winners!
