Lakeview Elementary School

Dear Lakeview Families,

We once again want to send a big THANK YOU to all of you for the way you have handled the crazy end to the school year.  Also thank you for returning the school property and coming to pick up your student materials.  It all went very smoothly.

The favor I want to ask is this, if you know of any neighbors that have a student who will be entering Kindergarten next year, please let them know that Kindergarten registration is open.  We usually do a registration day at the school in May but we were unable to do that this year.  Right now our number of registered new Kindergarten students is low but we know that we have more that still need to register.  Please spread the word!

There are 3 parts to registering for Kindergarten.

1- Go online to fill out the forms.  You can find them here:

Kindergarten Registration During Closure

2- After filling out the forms online, our registrar, Gabriela Lopez, will send you an email with the next steps.

3- Bring in the appropriate documents needed to register.  The school will be open on Wednesdays from 8-3 for registration.

Thank you for your help in spreading this information.  We hope you have a great summer!  Right now we aren’t sure what next year will look like.  Our hope is that things will return to as normal as possible.  As we get more information from the district and state leaders, I will pass that info on as soon as possible.

Thank You!

Mike Barker
