Dear Lakeview Families,

Our student materials pick-up and drop off will occur the last week of school (May 18-22) in the carpool drop off area. We have tried several scenarios for this to happen and this is the best we could do. Please be patient, as we have never done this before!

The day you will come is based on the first letter of your student’s last name (see below). You will pick up all of your student(s) materials and personal items at the same time no matter what grade they are in. The teachers will have the items bagged and ready to be picked up. This will include any personal items left by students in desks/lockers, end of year materials, student work, and end of year awards/certificates. Our plan is to have a table for each grade level. You will simply drive up to that table, tell the teacher/aide your child’s name, and they will hand the materials to you through the car window. Please don’t get out of the car at this point. If you have more than one student, you will proceed to the next grade level table and follow the same procedure.

After picking up materials, you may also drop off any school owned items (library books, band/orchestra instruments, etc). Chromebook drop off will be the last thing to do. It will happen on the same day and take place in at the end of the drop off zone. You will not need to leave your car. Please make sure you have the power cord with you.

· No parents or students will be allowed inside the building.

· The student items will be handed to you through the car window by a staff member. Any drop off items, except the chromebooks, can be given to a staff member to be placed in the correct drop off bin.

· Lost and Found items will be displayed on the northeast corner of the drop off. After parents have collected student items, they will be able to park near the tennis courts to go to the lost and found or to drop off the chrome books.

· If you are unable to pick up at your assigned day/time, please ask a friend to pick up and deliver to your porch.

La recogida y entrega de materiales de nuestros estudiantes se realizará la última semana de clases (del 18 al 22 de mayo) en el área donde se bajan los niños. Esto incluirá cualquier artículo personal dejado por los estudiantes en escritorios / casilleros, materiales de fin de año, trabajo de los estudiantes y premios / certificados de fin de año. Nuestro plan es tener una mesa para cada grado. Simplemente conducirá hasta esa mesa, le dirá al maestro / asistente el nombre de su hijo y le entregarán los materiales a través de la ventana del automóvil. Por favor, no salga del auto en este momento. Si tiene más de un estudiante, pasará a la siguiente mesa del grado y seguirá el mismo procedimiento.

Después de recoger los materiales, también puede dejar cualquier artículo de la escuela (libros de la biblioteca, instrumentos de la banda / orquesta, etc.). La entrega de Chromebook será lo último que se debe hacer. Sucederá el mismo día y tendrá lugar al final de la zona de entrega. No necesitará dejar su automóvil. Asegúrese de tener el cable de alimentación con usted.

· No se permitirán padres o estudiantes dentro del edificio.

· Un miembro del personal le entregará los artículos del estudiante a través de la ventanilla del automóvil. Cualquier artículo de devolución, excepto los Chromebooks, se puede entregar a un miembro del personal para que se coloque en el contenedor de entrega correcto.

· Los objetos perdidos y encontrados se mostrarán en la esquina noreste del lugar de entrega. Después de que los padres hayan recogido los artículos de los estudiantes, podrán estacionarse cerca de las canchas de tenis para ir a los objetos perdidos y encontrar o dejar los libros cromados.

· Si no puede recoger en el día / hora asignado, pídale a un amigo que recoja y entregue a su porche.
