Kindergarten Registration

Register for Kindergarten at Lakeview Elementary

Children must be five years old by September 1st, 2024

  1. Complete the pre-registration form, found under the New Student Registration tab, and submit it.
  2. Look for the email from Lakeview Elementary with Powerschool login information.
  3. Log into Powerschool, complete the registration form, and submit it.
  4. Upload the following four items: 
    1. Child’s Birth Certificate
    2. Up-to-date immunization records
    3. Proof of address (electricity bill is fine)
    4. Parent ID
