The Principal’s Book Club theme for October was non-fiction books. At our recent book club meeting, the wonderful folks from Sub Zero Ice Cream provided an exciting STEM demonstration involving the properties of liquid nitrogen and other gases. Following the demonstration our Lions enjoyed delicious frozen treats.
