After months of reading and preparation, our Battle of the Books teams faced off against one another. Winners will participate in the district Battle next week, but first, they took on one of our teacher teams.  The competition requires that each team read twenty selected books. They can share that responsibility or students can read all twenty books. Several of our competitors read all twenty!

The winner of the third-fourth grade competition, Over Educated Childz – with a Backward Z, managed to pull off a tie with their teacher team. 

Taking it down to the wire, our sixth-grade winners, Elementals, beat their teacher team, made up of fifth-grade teachers, by correctly answering the final question.
